All late payments and financing charges will be waived until the end of the semester.
You will not receive a bill until the refund process has been put in place and communicated to you.
If the adjustments produce a credit balance on the student account, a refund will be issued to the student. More information about refunds can be found by visiting the Cashiers Office.
We recognize that every student’s situation will look different — for those who receive financial aid, for example, some of the adjustments may go back to the funding source rather than directly to the student.
A housing discount of 45% of the current semester cost will be available for any student who vacates their residence hall by April 3. For more information, contact email@example.com or 573-882-7275
Students who are returning in fall 2020 or spring 2021 may complete this form before May 15, 2020, to request a rollover of their May 15, 2020, balance.
This balance will be placed on a separate plan and can be used for purchases when you return. Any rollover funds you do not use during the semester you return will not roll over to the subsequent semester.
Students who are graduating, transferring or withdrawing may also complete this form before May 15, 2020 to request a prorated refund.

An $80 refund of the Recreation Center fee will be applied to your student account due to the closure of the MizzouRec facility.
The student health fee will not be refunded since much of the student health fee ($95) has already been applied to various health services and safety initiatives on campus and many services are continuing in a remote environment.
The activity fee will not be refunded, as we continue to use the funds to support students. Students play an important role in determining how these funds are invested in programs and services that lead to student success, and we continue to seek their input as we transition to a remote environment.
Involvement is important. Students who are involved have higher graduation rates, better verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
The IT fee will not be refunded as remote learning has increased technology needs and support for students. With students working remotely, the need for free software, systems, IT support and accessibility needs have also increased considerably.
Yes. Students requesting a refund by April 3, 2020, via email will receive a refund for the remainder of the semester ($42 parking structures, $36 for surface lots, total for two months). Refunds will be credited to students’ accounts.
The spring 2020 petitioning period to apply for resident tuition has been extended to Friday, May 1, 2020. The previous deadline was April 1, 2020, but was extended due to the challenging circumstances related to COVID-19. Any absences from Missouri while courses are being taught remotely for the spring 2020 semester will not be held against a residency applicant for the summer 2020, fall 2020 or spring 2021 semesters. More information on the process can be found on Office of the University Registrar’s website.
