The mid-Missouri area is under a tornado watch from 4:06 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2025, until 11:00 p.m. and a wind advisory until 1 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025. Winds will be sustained between 20 and 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph.

Additionally, a line of severe storms will move into the area late this afternoon and evening.   These thunderstorms are anticipated to be potentially life-threating.
